In-Person Natural Childbirth (Saturday class)
This condensed Saturday class is designed for expectant parents who want to learn and practice natural methods of coping with the process of labor and childbirth. Relaxation tools, breathing patterns, massage techniques, visualization, and helpful positioning will be covered. The role of partners will also be highlighted. Participants learn how to be confident in their body's ability to give birth. We suggest taking this class between 25-32 weeks, but this is only a recommendation.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring 2 pillows with you to class.
In order to continue providing quality educational programs, refunds will only be available for medical necessity. We are happy to apply the class fee to other classes if you need to reschedule.
